Which sources and reviews does AI use when it talks about my brand?

Creator Signal is the measurement for people who are public without a mandate — creators, experts, chief executives and the agencies representing them: ceeme tracks what AI assistants, social platforms and communities say about a person, measures how they are framed, and reports misquotes and mix-ups with a namesake as findings with their source.

Measure your own company → Rather talk it through first

Does this apply if I am not an influencer?

Yes, and often more so. A chief executive, a lawyer who appears in the press a lot or an expert with a book sits just as firmly in the answers as a creator with a million followers — they just know it less often. Anyone public without treating it as a trade rarely checks whether it holds up.

How does an AI arrive at a judgement about me as a person?

From four kinds of signal, and the order surprises most people. What you publish yourself weighs least; what others write about you and what gets said in communities weighs most. An engine treats your own channel as an interested source, and that is what it is.

DriverWhat ceeme measures underneathWhat stays dark without a connection
Reputation riskmisquotes, sliding reviews and where they come fromReviews and social are read live. Print and paywalled media are not in there.
Public social signalswhat is publicly out there about you, and whether it movesWe count what is public. Numbers behind a login need you to connect the account.
Community signalswhat forums and groups are saying about youWe read Reddit and the forums broadly, not exhaustively — that needs its own adapter.
Sentiment / framingthe role you get cast in — the cheap one, the safe one, the fast oneWe measure the framing per answer and break it out per source — so you see which source carries the picture.
Hallucination riskinvented and outdated facts about you, counted by typeWe see what an engine invents about you, and we follow the media coverage around it through the press feed.
Entity confusionhow often you get mixed up with a namesakeFixing a mix-up at an outside source is human work — we find it, someone writes to the source.
Governance riskwho may publish what, and whether it can be undoneWe show who may do what. Enforcing it per channel needs an operator flag and an adapter.

Do you read my numbers behind the login?

Only if you connect them, and that is optional. Without a connection we count what is public — and for the question "how am I framed" that is enough, because a sponsor sees only that too. Numbers behind a login help with the other question: whether what you publish lands.

Can you make an old incident disappear?

Disappearing, no, and anyone promising it is lying. What is possible is measuring how often it still tags along, which source keeps it alive, and whether anything sits beside it that puts it in proportion. Usually the answer is that little else has been written about you since — and that is fixable, slowly.

I represent twenty creators. How do I keep that manageable?

With one overview where each person has their own framing and their own open findings, and one place where the incidents converge. What an agency needs is not twenty reports but one question answered: who needs attention today, and why.

Frequently asked questions

An AI confuses me with someone else of the same name. Can that be fixed?

Often yes, and it is one of the most rewarding fixes there is. Mix-ups almost always come from one place where your two names sit close together with nothing distinguishing them — a sector listing, an old news page. What helps is making yourself unambiguous in the places an engine uses as an identity source.

Do you write my response when something goes wrong?

By default no, and that is a choice rather than a limitation. Your voice is your product; a response that does not sound like you does more damage than the incident. What you get is what is factually there, where it came from, and whether responding makes it bigger or smaller — that last call says "smaller by doing nothing" more often than people expect.

How completely do you see the communities?

Broadly, not exhaustively, and the table above says so. We read Reddit and the large forums; full coverage needs a dedicated adapter that does not exist yet. What is closed we do not read at all — no scraper, no route. A monitoring system that acts as if it sees everything makes you read silence as absence.
