ceeme

By organisation

Is ceeme a fit for a business like yours?

ceeme is for organisations people ask an AI assistant about: local businesses, SMEs, professional practices, care practices, web shops, B2B software, schools, public bodies and groups with several brands. The profile decides which of the 25 drivers weigh heavily, which channels count and which sector rules apply — a care practice gets different boundaries than a web shop.

Which profiles are in there?

There are 24 of them in the code, from a one-person business to a group with a portfolio of brands. Every profile carries who decides, what that person is worried about, which channels count and which drivers weigh. That is not segmentation for the brochure: it literally decides which questions we ask and which fixes come out on top.

ProfileWhat weighs heavily for this profile
Local business or serviceGBP, reviews and whether your details match everywhere — that is where the local choice falls.
SME with a sales teamShare of voice against the competitor, and the sub-questions where the buyer drops out.
Web shopPresence from orientation to purchase, and where a visitor drops out before asking anything.
B2B softwareWho the comparison and review sites cite, and whether your entity is unambiguous.
Professional practiceExpertise signals on your own site, and claims your profession does not allow.
Care practiceFactual errors and outdated information about your practice — that is where the real risk sits.
School or public bodyWho may publish what, whether it can be undone, and whether AI confuses you with another institution.
Group with several brandsMeasured per brand and per market, because an average across countries hides the one where you are losing.

What changes per profile?

Three things. The questions: a patient asks something different from a procurement lead, and in a different language. The channels: for a local business, Google Business Profile is decisive; for B2B software, it is a comparison site. And the boundaries: in healthcare and the public sector some claims are not allowed, even where they would work.

Who is ceeme not for?

For anyone with no public presence yet, this is too early — there is nothing to measure and the fix list turns into a website project. For anyone deliberately shutting their site to AI crawlers, it is pointless: the outcome is predictable and free to obtain. And for anyone looking for a guaranteed position in an AI answer, we do not have one. Nobody does.

Where do you start, and what does it cost?

With the free scan, always. After that the measurement decides which route fits — and that is a calculation on what was measured, not a conversation in which someone recommends the most expensive package. How much there is to measure decides the deep scan; how much there is to do decides the subscription. Two axes, because they are two different things.

DeepScan A baseline and a roadmap. You know where you stand and what is broken first. No execution.
Watch Every week you see what shifts in AI answers, with alerts when something moves. Recommendations, no fix pack and no execution.
DIY You get the exact fix — schema, FAQ, llms.txt, content block — with the reason and safe steps. You execute, ceeme does not.
ProOps We execute within the agreed scope, and you get the before-and-after proof. Never without your approval, always with a way back.

Frequently asked questions

I am a one-person business. Isn't this too heavy?

The measurement is the same, the scale is not. For a local business it is a handful of questions, your Google Business Profile, your reviews and your own site — and the fix list is usually short and concrete. What you do not need is not in there and you do not pay for it.

We are in healthcare. Is this even allowed?

Yes, and that is exactly where the boundaries are set tightest. No promotional claims are proposed, no promises about outcomes, and whatever gets published goes through an approval. What we do instead is check whether AI is telling factual nonsense about your practice — and in this sector that is the real risk.

We have several brands and countries.

Then you measure per brand and per market, with the engines that carry weight in that market. An average across countries hides exactly the country where you are losing, so we do not produce one. The comparison with competitors is about the brands that turn up in the same answers, not about a list somebody typed in.

How do I know which package I need?

From the scan. Two axes: how much there is to measure and how much there is to do. A group in nineteen countries with few defects should measure a lot and execute little; a one-person business with a broken site, exactly the other way round. A single notion of “size” would confuse the two.
