Which 25 drivers are they?
Here are all 25, with one sentence on what gets measured underneath each. The names are English and stay that way — they are the names in the code and the ones you will see again in the report.
| What AI weighs | What ceeme measures underneath |
|---|---|
| AI visibility | how often an engine names you, and where in the answer |
| Citation strength | how often your page is the source, not just the name |
| Source authority | the standing of the sources that name you |
| Entity clarity | whether schema, sameAs and Wikidata make you unambiguous |
| Entity confusion | how often you get mixed up with a namesake |
| Hallucination risk | invented and outdated facts about you, counted by type |
| Share of voice | your share of the same answers as your competitor |
| Query intent coverage | whether you are present from orientation through to buying |
| Query variants coverage | the sub-questions from the query fan-out you are missing |
| Competitor drift | who is rising and where you are losing ground |
| Channel readiness | whether your profiles are complete and alive |
| Public social signals | what is publicly out there about you, and whether it moves |
| Community signals | what forums and groups are saying about you |
| Reputation risk | misquotes, sliding reviews and where they come from |
| Sentiment / framing | the role you get cast in — the cheap one, the safe one, the fast one |
| Design trust | whether your site earns trust from someone who hesitates |
| Content usefulness | thin pages, missing expertise, stale text |
| Conversion readiness | where a visitor drops out before asking anything |
| Retention readiness | whether people come back, and what stops them |
| Proof density | how much proof sits on your own site |
| Local trust | GBP, reviews and whether your details match everywhere |
| Governance risk | who may publish what, and whether it can be undone |
| Compliance / deontology risk | claims your sector does not allow you to make |
| Regional relevance | whether you score the same in one region as in the next |
| Connector readiness | which connections are live, and what stays dark without them |
What do you not measure?
Everything public we measure from day one: your site, your profiles, your reviews, the sources an engine fetches. What we cannot read from that is what happens after the answer — whether someone clicked through, called or bought. Connect your analytics and we measure that too; leave it unconnected and that one driver stays an estimate.
How do I steer on this without guessing?
By starting from the finding and not from the driver. A measurement yields not a number but a sentence — “you are called the cheap option” — with underneath it the sources the engine fetched. The driver then says which kind of fix applies, and the source says where.
Frequently asked questions
Are Decision Drivers different per engine?
The list is the same, the weight is not. Every engine leans differently on sources, freshness and structure, so we measure per engine and per market which factors carry there. A single average across engines would hide exactly the engine where you are losing.
Is this the same as SEO ranking factors?
No. Ranking factors decide your place in a list; Decision Drivers decide whether your name ends up in one answer. Some overlap — schema, speed, authority — but there are factors SEO does not know, such as whether an engine confuses you with a namesake or which role it casts you in.
Do I get to see all 25 drivers?
You get the drivers that belong to your profile, and the rest are listed as dormant with the reason. No web shop means no cart analysis; no connected analytics means conversion readiness shows up greyed out rather than at zero. Grey and zero are two different things.
Can I steer on this without guessing?
Yes, because every driver hangs on concrete fixes and every fix on a source. You do not get “improve your authority” but the page that caused the framing, with what needs to change there and why. As long as that source stands, the engine keeps repeating it.
