How do you have everything ceeme keeps about you deleted?

Send one message to hello@ceeme.be with the email address or the website address you measured with. There is no form, you do not have to give a reason and you do not need an account. It is carried out within thirty days, and you get back an overview of what was stored — that last part is not a legal obligation, but it is the only way you can check that it is true.

Measure your own company → Rather talk it through first

In short

One address
hello@ceeme.be. The same address for access, correction and erasure — there is no separate desk.
No form, no reason
Asking for a reason is a hurdle, and the law does not set one.
Thirty days, with proof
You get back what was stored. Without that overview you would have to take our word for it.

What do you put in that message?

The email address you requested a measurement with, or the website address that was measured. Nothing more is needed: that finds any file. Say whether you want everything erased or only your email address out of the follow-up — those are two different things and it saves a question coming back.

What exactly gets deleted then?

Your contact details, the measurements attached to you or to your website, and the reports that came out of them. What passed through a temporary processing step at an AI provider we cannot remove on their side; what we send there is the question and the public page content, not account details. That is set out by name in the privacy policy, including which five processors sit in the chain and what each of them sees.

And if you think it was not done properly?

Then you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority in Brussels, and you do not need our permission for that. If you live in another European Union country, you can also go to your own supervisory authority; they pass it on.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to have something deleted?

No. Most people in our files never created an account — they did one free measurement. One message from the address you used is enough.

Does my company then also disappear from someone else's measurements?

No, and that is not unwillingness. What an AI says in an answer about your sector is a public statement anyone can read back; another company measuring is measuring that statement. What we delete is your file, not the observation of a public answer.

Can I stop just the follow-up emails without erasing everything?

Yes, and saying it once is enough. There is no separate list to unsubscribe from, and your measurement then simply stays so that a later re-measurement still has a starting point.
