Which files are there, and when do you use which?
Eight, and the third column is the most useful one: what not to use a file for. The commonest mistake is putting the light mark on a dark background, where the amber pupil drops out and the eye closes — the mark stays recognisable and loses exactly the detail that carries it.
| File | What for | What not to use it for |
|---|---|---|
| /logo.svg | the mark on a light background | not on black — the amber pupil disappears there |
| /logo-cream.svg | the same mark on a dark background | not on cream — there is no contrast left |
| /logo-auto.svg | follows the text colour of its surroundings | not in an email — the colour rule is usually ignored there |
| /logo-horizontaal.svg | mark and wordmark side by side, the standard form | not narrower than 120 pixels — the wordmark becomes unreadable |
| /logo-gestapeld.svg | mark above wordmark, for narrow spots | not when there is enough width; the horizontal form reads faster |
| /woordmerk.svg | the name only, as outlines — no font needed | not as the only mark in a list of other companies' logos |
| /handtekening-mail.png | email signature, 420 pixels wide | not on a website — the SVG belongs there |
| /banner-linkedin.png | cover image for a company page, 1128 by 191 | do not crop — the clear space around the mark is part of it |
How much space has to stay clear around the mark?
At least half a mark height on each side, and nothing comes into it: no text, no border, no second logo. The reason is practical rather than aesthetic — the mark is four arcs of dots around an opening, and as soon as something sits against it that opening reads as an accidental break instead of a shape.
Why does this brand carry only one accent colour?
Because a second accent always beats the first. There is one amber and then a range of tones from ink to cream; an alarm red exists, but it appears only in a report and nowhere in the brand. Adding a second colour to highlight something quietly makes the first colour meaningless.
I am writing an article about you — what may I use?
The files below, the founder's name and her role, and every figure on this site including the source under it. What does not exist is a press kit with mood photography: there are no photos on this site and that is a choice, because what a crawler does not read does not count for us.
Frequently asked questions
May I put your logo next to others in a comparison article?
Yes, and nothing needs to be asked for that. The only condition is that it stays clear this is a comparison and not a collaboration — so not merged into one image and not under a heading suggesting a partnership.
Is there a font I have to use?
For the wordmark, no: it is converted to outlines, so it opens properly anywhere without installing anything. For the text around it just use your own typeface — the mark is the brand, not somebody else's typography.
