In short
- Otterly.ai
- An Austrian measurement and audit layer for AI visibility, with the lowest entry point in the category.
- citation analysis
- Examining which links, sources and domains an engine cites underneath its answer.
- agent-readiness
- Whether an AI agent can not only read your data but also act on it. Otterly does not measure this.

Where is Otterly.ai stronger than ceeme?
- The price, and that is not a footnote. $29 a month is the lowest threshold in this category, and once our free scan is behind you we are the more expensive one. Anyone who wants to start measuring while spending as little as possible should start there.
- Citation analysis at link, source and domain level. That is exactly what separates a vanity metric from a tool that can tell you which page is doing the work.
- Agent Analytics shows which bots and agents visit your site. That is a question growing in importance quickly, and most tools do not ask it yet.
- Unlimited seats, including on the cheap tiers — agency-friendly without charging extra for it.
How does ceeme differ from Otterly.ai?
- Otterly's four core engines are not the four most used in Belgium, and Claude, Gemini and AI Mode are a paid add-on there. With us the engine choice follows your market, not your tier.
- An audit with next steps is not yet a fix. We deliver the exact change — schema, FAQ, llms.txt, content block — and can apply it within scope, with an approval gate and rollback.
- Beyond AI visibility we also look at technical health, design trust, data consistency, your Google Business Profile and agent-readiness. Otterly deliberately keeps that out of scope, which is a defensible choice — but it is a different one.
- Here Dutch and French are the language of the product, not only of the measurement.
Why does an AI name your competitor and not you?
A tracking tool stops at step three. We keep step two, and that is why step four exists.
- The prompt
- A real customer question, without your brand name in it.
- The answer
- What the engine says — and which sources it fetched for it.
- The finding
- "You are called the cheap option" or "this is factually wrong".
- The source
- Which page produced that framing. That is the fix — an address, not a number.
Measuring or fixing — which do you need?
This is the most honest of the three comparisons, because on price we lose. If you only want to know whether you appear in AI answers and which sources sit underneath them, in English, for as little money as possible, Otterly is the better buy and we will just say so. The tipping point arrives the moment you want to move from knowing to doing: at Otterly you then pay for an audit you have to carry out yourself, and with us for work that happens.
Frequently asked questions
Is ceeme worth the price difference?
It depends on who would otherwise do the work. If you or your team spend more than a couple of hours a month applying Otterly's audits yourself, the difference is quickly recovered. And if you would not do it anyway, you are paying us for something you also are not doing, more cheaply, with them.
Do you measure Copilot, like Otterly?
Only where it means something for your market. In the Belgian markets we measure, Copilot carries little weight; in a B2B market full of Microsoft environments that can look different. We publish that weighting, with source and month, so you can check it rather than believe it.
Can I start with Otterly and switch later?
Yes, and it is a sensible order. Start measuring cheaply, and switch once the question moves from "am I in there" to "why not, and who fixes it". Bring your prompts along — asking the same questions again is the only real proof.
