In short
- RankShift
- A Belgian tracking tool (Deerlijk) that measures across nine AI models and generates content briefs and AI drafts.
- ceeme
- A measurement system that establishes whether AI mentions, cites or recommends you, and then carries out the fixes.
- approval gate
- The gate between a proposed change and a published one. At ceeme it sits between Judge and Launcher.
What is the difference between ceeme and RankShift?
| ceeme | RankShift | |
|---|---|---|
| In short | Measure, then actually do it | More content. You publish |
| Who it is for | Freelancer, SME, group, agency or enterprise — from self-service to bespoke | SEO and content teams, marketing teams, agencies up to enterprise |
| Getting started | Free scan, no account and no card | 30-day free trial, no credit card |
| Price | Free scan · DeepScan from €490 · subscription from €79/month | From roughly $82/month billed annually — unlimited projects and seats; no public euro price |
| What it does | Measure, report, fix and execute — with an approval gate before anything is published | Measuring plus content: an Action Center that ranks fixes by impact, and an AI writer that produces drafts |
| Which engines | The engines that matter for your market and language — not a list to show off with | Nine models: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, Perplexity, Mistral and Meta AI |
| Fixes | Exact fixes inside the product, and execution within scope with approval and rollback | Content briefs and AI-generated drafts — you publish them yourself |
| Follow-up | Live dashboard, weekly retest on the same prompt set, competitors included | A visibility score with trends, share of voice, sentiment and crawler analytics |
| Traffic and attribution | GA4, Search Console and Looker Studio where available; also which AI sends visitors | Looker Studio, Tableau and Power BI, plus a documented MCP server and REST API |
| Language | Site in nl, fr, en, de; scan, report and dashboard in nl, fr, en, de or es — written per language, not translated | Prices in euro, dollar or pound; the interface is in English |
| Breadth of the review | Technical, design trust, data consistency, Google Business Profile and agent-readiness | Measuring and content, with a strong emphasis on developer and BI integrations |

Where is RankShift stronger than ceeme?
- Unlimited projects and seats on every plan. That is unusually generous in this category, and it means the price does not grow with your team.
- The most developer-friendly of the three: a documented MCP server, a REST API with a BI layer, and native connections to Looker Studio, Tableau and Power BI. Anyone building their own reporting will get there faster than with us.
- It closes the loop on content: briefs and an AI writer sit in the same product. That is a real step most tracking tools do not take.
- Belgian, like us. That matters for time zone, for the language on the phone, and for who understands your invoice.
How does ceeme differ from RankShift?
- Getting started is free and needs no account. With RankShift you begin with a thirty-day trial; with us, with a scan you get straight away.
- A draft is not a publication. RankShift delivers the text, you put it live. ceeme can publish it within scope, with an approval gate in front, a rollback behind, and before-and-after proof afterwards.
- We look wider than AI visibility: technical health, design trust, data consistency, your Google Business Profile and agent-readiness are part of the same review.
- Dutch and French are not a setting here but the language the page was written in. RankShift works in English.
Why does an AI name your competitor and not you?
A tracking tool stops at step three. We keep step two, and that is why step four exists.
- The prompt
- A real customer question, without your brand name in it.
- The answer
- What the engine says — and which sources it fetched for it.
- The finding
- "You are called the cheap option" or "this is factually wrong".
- The source
- Which page produced that framing. That is the fix — an address, not a number.
Measuring or fixing — which do you need?
It comes down to who does the work. If you have a technical team that likes publishing for itself and wants the measurement inside its own BI stack, RankShift is built better for that than we are — and with unlimited seats the bill stays reasonable as you grow. If that team does not exist, or you would rather someone pressed the button and supplied the proof, that is exactly what ceeme was made for.
Frequently asked questions
Does RankShift measure in more models than ceeme?
They publish nine models, we publish no number. That is not a dodge but a position: we measure in the engines that matter for your market and language. Measuring a model almost nobody in Flanders uses adds a line to a report, not an insight.
Can ceeme write content too, like their AI writer?
Yes, that is the Scribe. The difference is what happens next: with us the Judge approves or rejects before anything goes out, and on a rejection the work returns to the Scribe until it is right. That loop is the point, not the writing itself.
Why is there no euro price for RankShift?
Because their public price is in dollars, with a conversion that shifts daily. So we will not attach a euro figure we made up ourselves. Checked in July 2026.
